lightheadedness
Well...you could be getting lightheaded because you haven't eaten a lot that day.
Like don't hoard food or anything. But I've been like that before too, where either during or after my workout I feel lightheaded. Your blood sugar gets low, sometimes when you work out. So what I usually do is just eat something small, like a snack before you work out, or better yet after you work out, if during your work out you feel a little lightheaded than eat something small so that you don't have to work out those extra cals. during your workout.
anyways hope that works out for you, and I hope I made sense.
