FatSecret's New Daily Meal Recorder Menu
The folks at FatSecret wrote me twice and were very cordial. They said they've restored the capability to copy yesterday's and last week's meals. They also said there would be further modifications in the days and weeks ahead. I think they heard our cries and out pleas...

What happened?
I posted the same complaint and wrote FatSecret--then I saw this post. I do web development and sometimes IT departments do things just because they can be done without regard to how it affects the user. They should at least give us a choice of the new, crappy menus OR the "classic" view.

FatSecret's New Daily Meal Recorder Menu
Hi. I just need to mention I don't care for the new menu structure FatSecret adopted over the past 24-48 hours. It's difficult to work with and they appear to have eliminated the "Add yesterday's..." and "Add Last Week's..." choices which made it easy to get multiple items added quickly. FatSecret, please return to the old menus or give us a choice of the new view or "classic" view. Thanks!

Weighing Daily vs. Weekly
IMHO, constant weigh-ins can only offer discouragement. I've experienced days like we all have when I eat very little and work in the yard all day only to find the next morning I've gained three pounds. I don't need the discouragement.

When I started my diet six months ago, I decided to weigh-in once a month, on the day I started the diet. If I adhere to my plan, I'll have to lose weight over the month's time. It takes time to progress with weight loss. It's not a thing that happens overnight. Think about the diet and forget about the scale.
