I put cards all over the house and car with this list, to remind me why I should make healty choices. I forget so fast.

Hi! I´m a total beginner when it comes to training, but i feel like it´s now or never. My friend (a beginner just like me), tried this fat decimator program (found a review of it here: https://61reviews.wordpress.com/2019/06/03/struggle-to-loose-weight/ ) He says it has been helping him alot, but since he´s a beginner just like me, I want to hear what someone with more experience has to say. Do you think that this program is legit? Or do you have a better one for a newbie? Thanks alot! // Johan
