Ketosis? Could someone please explain to me why I am in high ketosis and NOT losing weight!!!
I'm sorry you all are looking at my fod journal and I don't eat like that anymore at all. I am actually on a phyisian fast program where I eat about 700 calories a day. I am unable to put down the food that I eat now because the things that I eat can't be recorded, Phyiscians protein drinks and food. THe ironic things about this is, when i was eating all those crappy things I lost the most weight because my calorie intake was still lower than it was because i started on FS.

Ketosis? Could someone please explain to me why I am in high ketosis and NOT losing weight!!!
So I have been working out like crazy, and my diet in unreal. I eat a very low carb diet. My energy is great. My workout is serious. I am on the epliptical machine for at least thirty minutes a day(burning no less than 300 calories) and then I have a workout with my trainer for an hour which incorporates supersets of squats, lunges, core work, arms. Its really a total body workout and I am sweating so bad after i finish that I can't open my eyes from all the sweat and I do this 7 day a week. BUT the numbers are the same. I also on top that carry a gallon of water with me a day and yes I drink it all. I have lost about 12 inches off my total body but I would definitely like to see the numbers go down. I tested my Ketones and it was a dark purple so my body is in store fat burn mode, i was told. SO somebody, anybody please tell me what going on

Why did it take me so long to get over this plateau. Almost two weeks.
It took so long for me to get over this plateau and then when I finally did. I only lost a pound and it took two weeks!! Is this weird or am I being silly.

Should you eat less calories on days you don't workout
So i have been pretty bad the last two weeks. I haven't worked out in a while but I have been eating about the same amount of calories and I have gained some weight. So i was wondering should i count my calories on days that I don't workout.

SOMEONE!!! ANYONE!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT EDIETS
So I am thinking about joining ediets and I wanted to know if anyone on here has tried it or knows someone that has tried it and what their thoughs are on it. How much weight did they lose, was it hard to stick with, suggestions on which diet to do within ediets. All comments would be greatly appreciated.
