How to squat without fear?
I would recommend getting a coach. I was lifting before the pandemic on my own and getting a coach who is familiar with Starting Strength -- book by Mark Rippetoe as well as the Barbell Prescrition by Jon Sullivan has made all the differenc in the world. My bank account is smaller but I have learned so much in the past four months and am much stronger than I was when I started in April. I need to for the sake of my finances cut back on the coaching but my fear is that wihthout those two weekly appointments I'm going to slack off on getting to the gym. We will see.
