My goals are: getting fit, CLEAN eating and weight loss. With a balanced, colorful diet that will benefit both my mind and body. So far I've lost about 70lbs total.

I've always been up and down with my weight but never this heavy. After an awful living situation, I gained and gained and never left the house. I got up to almost 300lbs.

I'm no stranger to dieting, BUT i's different this time. Something just clicked. Before I would yo-yo purely for superficial reasons. NOW I want to be fit and healthy through and through and live that/this way. This includes my mental health as well as physical health. I want to be STRONG & healthy.

It's a lonely road considering the deep shame/anxiety I feel about my weight/body.

However, I've never been so determined before in my life. I know what I want - sustainability. I'm ready for the challenge of taking control of life and loving myself through and through.
