Kay I am a 67 years old and live with my sister and trying to lose 30lbs for a start would like to lose more if possible. I am 5' and weight 172 so I carry a lot of extra lbs. I have several health problems and am on a lot of medicenes, but I know I can do this. I began at 187 so not bad but I seem to be at a stand still any suggestions would be helpful.
