52 yr old retired veteran, had thyroid removed found cancer 13 yrs ago. Gained over 100 pounds after surgery. Fighting yrs and yrs of weight loss and weight gain. Married with 3 children. Currently working as a correctional officer. Last July was doing good until Oct where I fell hard I managed to lose 30 pounds but since Oct I have gained a lot back. Tired of being big Whats unique about me is that its all belly. I look like Im ready to give birth. Want to lose about 100-110 pounds. I have had knee replacement surgery I am going through the MOVE program which is done through the Dept. of Veterans affairs. Basically eating healthy and exercise. I am wearing a fitbit which records my steps I am maintaining two journals. Both here and through my fitbit.

I look all over my calorie intake is suppose to be 2200 calories per day I am only managing about 1200 is that bad. I am doing atkins I try to eat veggies with all my meals. Any help will be appreciated
