Calendar start day
Hi, everyone. This post intrigued me. I am in the UK and all my life our calendar's start with the first working day which is a Monday. My PC's built in calendar is also Monday. I can only assume that being the FatSecret UK site. They thought it best to use the UK calendar system. I am only guessing. Smile Please don't shout at me.

Next Chapter
Hi, I am new to the site and joined two days ago. I have been dieting on and off, after major surgery for the past 7 years, usually it is for a particular purpose and seldom for the right reasons. Now after becoming a Grandad and my health is not improving I have decided it is now or never. My Grandson is in the States and I am in the UK so I have to plan ahead instead of procrastinating. I have often come across this site when checking Nutritional facts online for my own diet spreadsheet. So I thought I would join a group of people with a similar objective. I still keep my own spreadsheet for comparison and look forward to contributing when I can. Thank you for looking in. Very Happy
