About 5 years ago I lost about 30 pounds. And over the years I put the weight all back on very ashamed and disappointed in myself. 2018 I’ve had some scares with me and some family members health put my life into perspective. My main goal is just to have a healthier lifestyle and make better choices with food. I didn’t like how it was feeling and I didn’t like how i looked so now no more excuses!!!!

Stuck at current weight
So I have lost 30 pounds over the past year and half. I did lose another 6 pounds but have since gained that back since thanksgiving. I have been eating right, working out, drinking water, laying off the beer, no eating out, no sweets but I can't lose any more weight. I am stuck where i am at for the past month!!! Evil or Very Mad I don't know what else to do besides not eat lol. I have a wedding that I am in next month and i'm not sure if my dress will fit because i brought back it when i was down 36 pounds now i'm up 6 pounds...very very frustrating....
