New member looking for buddies
Good evening, everyone!

I would love to help you stay motivated! I have a VERY difficult time with the food portion of everything, so if anyone is interested on keeping up on a daily basis to check in to see how the nutrition is going, that would be wonderful! I have the entire exercise thing down great, but the nutrition has been my major downfall for the last year! Message me if you are ready to get serious about it and need someone to hold you accountable on a daily basis!

Just getting started on this site

I am looking for the same thing for the nutrition part of everything! I need some accountability and I would love to help you reach your goals as well! I am actually a personal trainer but have gotten burnt out over time and need to get my butt back in gear with the healthy eating. I can definitely answer your health and fitness questions and help you with whatever you may need.

Looking for an awesome buddy!

I am looking for someone to help me stay motivated! I am a personal trainer, but I got burnt out after overtraining and under eating. I work my butt off in the gym, but it will never pay off the extent I would like it to if I don't start eating clean again. I have never been to my "ideal" state and I figure that it is about time I get there!

Please let me know if you are interested in helping me reach my goals and I would love to help you get to yours as well. I have a great deal of success helping other people succeed and I would love if we could do this adventure together!
