15 minutes bowflex upper body workout
15 minutes *bean* ab/core workout
I love my bean! Its similar to an exercise ball but its kinda kidney shaped. You can check it out at www.bean.com. I used it before when I last was dieting and it got my abs in shape. The DVD that comes with it will kick your butt(literally!)

I'm getting frustrated! I started exercising December 31. I've done at least 15 minutes (usually more) of exercise every day and done really well sticking to my Atkins diet and haven't lost an ounce. I typically lose 2 pounds a week and that was before starting to exercise. I thought when I started exercising that I would lose more. What gives??? I know I am burning more calories. And I'm exercising first thing in the morning before having anything to eat. I'm drinking 90-100 oz of water a day, no diet soda's or other beverages.
Just venting....

Happy New Year! I've lost 32 pounds since starting Atkins on Sept. 9th. I've not been doing any formal exercise during this time and I probably could have lost another 20 if I had. So my New Year's resolution is to begin exercising. I have no excuses. I have a nice treadmill, an elliptical machine and a bowflex. No Excuses!!!!!
My goal is to start out with 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week and go from there.
Today's special value on QVC is Leslie Sansone's Walking Away the Pounds 5 DVD set - I ordered it and will do those DVD's as well as toning on the bowflex. I AM GOING TO DO THIS! No Excuses!!!
Here's to a New Year and a New Me!!!!!
