I'm using a ketogenic diet combined with intermittent fasting combined with the power of 10 workout plan. I will be doing 2 20-25 minute high intensity weight training workouts a week.

Day 1
I think the biggest difference this time is I have a much better mindset than I have in the past. I have written out my reasons for doing this and they are compelling me to commit to change. I will be focused on small changes that add up to big improvements in my health and weight loss efforts.
