I'm the mother of 3 grown sons, a widow, and an upper grade teacher. Twelve years ago I weighed 135 lbs. which is where I hope to return. Quit smoking at that time and gained weight pell mell. I had been on the Atkins Diet before and was successful. My problem is sticking to it for the long haul to lose 55 lbs.

Answering my own question
Embarassed Rolling Eyes Obviously, I'm so new here, I haven't mastered the kitchen yet. Pork skins are loaded with fat but have no carbs. Should be OK on Atkins.

Adding texture
Idea On Atkins, I'm dying for crunch. I read somewhere that pork skins are a way to add crunch to the diet. Has anyone tried it? Can't find them listed in the food list.
