Keeping the weight off is my lifetime struggle. Hit 180’s as a teen and have slowly taken it off now that I’m in my early 30s. I loosely do the Blood Type Diet and take Saffron Extracts to keep my inner binger in check. I lovvvvveeee sweets and could easily finish a cake alone (haven’t tried but never say never). I’ve had 2 kids in the past few years so getting back in shape is always a struggle. I’ve been on FS since 2011 and even when I’m living the fat life, I don’t care what I’m eating, I still log everything. I want to weigh in the 120s without the constant struggle. Recently moved from the Jersey Shore to Souther Cali. I think of food way to often but I hope I can encourage you even with my food struggles and be encouraged by everyone’s posts. It’s great to know we are not alone!
