I am a 24-year-old student, taking the last classes I need to apply to Vet school. I currently hold a BS in Psychology. Since I met my fiance and started college, I have gained close to 60 pounds. I would really like to get down to 120lb, to be a healthy weight for my 5ft, 2in frame. :)

I work third shift, I found the best way to track food is to do it from 12 am being breakfast and ending the day at precisely 11:59 pm.

My goals are focused more on getting into shape to enjoy a lifestyle of running..I tried last year to start training to run/walk the KC marathon but got roadblocked by snow and my work schedule.

My current goal is to be at 180 by oct 10, 2010 which is my wedding day :)

After that my plan is to be at my goal weight by my birthday 2011.

I only work midnights thursday(1a-8a), friday(8p-8a), saturday(8p-8a), and sunday(12a-8a) and have been for like 5 years. What I have found best is too eat with an hour or two of waking up. Then from there I eat every 3-5 hours depending on how busy we are. So about 7 pm, 11pm, and then i eat my biggest meal at about 3-4am. This way it lasts till i go to bed about 9 or 10 am. I usually do not eat breakfast unless I am planning on staying up til noon. Plus make sure you drink your water Smile When I'm at work that's when i drink most of my days worth of water.

App disappeared from android market?
I just looked on htc droid eris (verizon), and the application is still on the android market place. It is listed as "calorie counter by FatSecret," and it was last updated on Jan 22, 2010. I don't know if that is any help or not Sad sorry if you still can't find it.

Can I add other types of exercise
Yes its still available to add other exercises, I just did it Smile Go to your exercise journal and go to add new exercise and use the drop list and go all the way down to the bottom. Click on other and it will give you the chance to enter your own description, your calories, time, ect. If you google search your exercise you will find many calculators for the approximate calories burnt. Smile Good Luck.
