Holding steady, can't wait for spring so I can get out of this house. Always wondered why people got excited about spring, I was from Fl. Spring in Fl means the heat is just around the corner.
I love working in the garden and looking forward to getting all the veggies going.
Had our Kim Lyons call tonight I just love her, she has so many great tips. I just think people pay her hundreds of dollars to hear what she has to say and we get it for free.
One of the tips that I didn't even thing of is pouring our fuel drink onto cereal. WoW what a great idea.

I hate being stuck inside with this freezing weather. I don't like to exercise I like to walk my property. Thank goodness it is going to start to warm up. One good thing about the cold is I get to heat up my fuel' and make it hot chocolate. Yummy.

Well it is freezing out but I am going to put on my winter jacket and go for a walk. Burn more calories when it is cold out too.
Just got one of my customers customers excited about the 3 for FREE program. She wants to get her product for free.
I have done the powders, the GNC products the mixing and I just like to pop the top and go knowing that what is in the products are good for me and work. I have met my goal and looking forward to now doing some toning up on this old body I have. Kim Lyons did a webinar of some of the exercises we can do to help in that area. Haven't really done any exercising so far haven't had to to get the weight off.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
I am so happy that I am not having to battle the weight loss think in January. My resolution for 2014 is to tone up my body. Working with Kim Lyons in 2014 is going to be so exciting. Don't think I will ever have her body but getting some of this skin and mussel toned up will help for sure.
Keeping my focus on my goal of less % of body fat too getting that down to 22%. WOW can't believe I just said that.
Everyone stay on track and if you need some help let me know we have webinars every Tuesday night. Once a month we have a webinar with Kim Lyons too. I just love listing to her she has so many great tips.

Ok this is crazy, I just got back from visiting friends and family in Fl. We ate, and drank like crazy. Thats what we do families and friends. I did bring my skinne, fuel and energe drinks of course with me to share. I was so scared to get on the scale so I have been putting it off for weeks now. I had to do it and get back on track to my goal weight. I am so close.
I got on the scale and low and behold I exceeded my goal weight. I can't believe it my scale must be broke, not.
This program really does work, even though I got off track somewhat I still wa able to keep my cravings under control and not go too crazy obviously.

Now to get this body toned up a bit. That is the next phase and helping others to reach their goals as it is so exciting.
