This is day 4 and i have lost 3 lbs. I know this is because I just started. After awhile it is really hard to lose weight. People have told me to,"switch it up". Any recommendations on what specifically to change?

I lost a few pounds, but it has been less than a week. I wasn't feeling well for a few days, so I'm pretty sure it was me cutting out soda and coffee sweeteners more than the exercise. I was only able to exercise 2x this week, but i WILL do more this week.
