Here goes, my name is Tara. About two years ago I woke up one morning and thought to myself, "how did i get here?" I wasn't sure how or even where to start making changes in my life. But like anything else, all it takes is one step at a time in the right direction. Thankfully i've changed many in my life and on the inside. Now I just need the outside to look like i feel inside.
Don't get me wrong, if i never lost a single pound i'd be HAPPY with myself but why not be HAPPIER or even my HAPPIEST. I'm doing this for me. I'm doing this for myself. Or i could be doing it so my dogs don't outlive me (GiggLe)
