I am a 46 year happily married male with two son's. About 8 years ago I gave up smoking on a bet for $1000 since then I have gained about 100 lbs. I am now to the point of taking back my weight. Before starting fatsecret I had lost 27 lbs on a fad diet I am so glad I have found it! I now am on a straight calorie counting diet and continue to do well. Being form Iowa it is very hard to get out into the cold, but the weather is starting to change and I can't wait to get out and enjoy the weather!
