I love to be active and doing stuff. It gets hard in the winter for me to not gain weight. I get bored of going to the gym and I want warm comfort foods. I am hoping since it is almost spring that I will be able to spend more time outside running around. I also need to eat less sweets. I crave them and know they are contributing to my weight gain.
