Well,just did my two week weigh in and not good!I think it's time for a new scale!!Other then a few small inbalances ,I have been following this for two weeks,just thought I would see some thing more impacting.Question

Thank you for taking the time to respond,you can never hear all the tips and advice enough,it helps.I need to stick to weighing in once a week and I have lost inches,but this is normal for me.I have been very honest with all my entries(wine too,only a glass or two)I know this isn't allowed perhaps why I am seeing a stall and my bathroom habits have beenstalled,I bought some flaxseed to start incorporating into my diet,so hopefully this will put me back on track and more vegetables.

I am in induction phase right now,i just can't tell if I am in ketosis?I'm starting two weeks and have only lost about 1.5 lbs.
