I am a retired educator. I have been married to the same wonderful man for 34 years, I have four adult sons, three who are married, and one grandchild. I am currently at the end of my dissertation in Educational Leadership and hope to go on and either take a Central Office position with a school district or teach at a local university. I enjoy nature, most music, and books about leadership. I have no real talents but am always up for trying new things. I am a life long learner which is why I am completing a doctorate degree at the age of 57.

Adjusting portions in my food tracker
I have a new problem. I never sign out of this site so when I come to enter my food log, I am automatically there. Today, I had to re-sign in which meant changing my password. Not a problem, however, when I got back in, everything except the calendar date was out dated. My food log from November was still there (I had to start a new one for December which was slightly different), my last weigh in showed as Nov. 14 when I weighed in at least twice since then, the most recent was just a couple days ago, and the challenge I was a part of showed that I am not a participant and therefore could not get in to post my progress. I don't know what took place, whether is was my computer shutting down improperly, or what, but I continue to have problems with this site and I really like it better than the other sites I have tried. I was a participant in the Winter Body Challenge and have already sent an email to the administrator for this challenge. Can you help me out?

Adjusting portions in my food tracker
I love this site. It is by far the best site I have used yet to track my food intake. However, I have one complaint and perhaps someone can help me.

I don't always eat a full serving that is recommended on a box. I recently decided to try Jimmy Dean turkey sausages in order to add additional protein to my diet without going overboard with calories and fat. However, I don't eat two of these sausages, I eat only one as I eat them in concert with eggs and a slice of whole wheat toast.When I pull up the tracker and enter Jimmy Dean turkey patties, the only portion selection it will let me make is 2 patties or 1 g. I don't eat two patties and according to the box, 2 patties are 68g so by eating 1 I am eating 34g. not 1.
Is there a way to adjust the portion size so that it accurately reflects my intake? I am with a weight management group and it is important that I a accurately tracking what I am eating.
