I am 32 yrs old and feel like a cow!!! I know I need to lose weight and starting is the hardest. I lost weight before (85lbs) and 3 kids later have gained it all back plus more. I know once I start to see results I will continue but taking the first step sucks!! Well actually so does steps 3-100 but you have to start somewhere. It sucks to diet but it sucks to be fat more!!!!
