I am a wife and mother of two boys. My ultimate goal for myself is to be comfortable in my own skin. I haven't had this feeling in a very long time. I've always started a diet or began to eat healthy and flunked terribly at it. This time around I plan to change my outlook on everything that I do. I will rejoice in the little baby steps that I take for every day is a new day. I am happy that I lost 6 lbs on the Atkins Nutritional Approach program. This has surely motivated me to push myself further. I'm excited to know that I've begun my weight loss journey with many others out there in the world and hope I can be of motivation to you as many are to me. Stay Blessed Everyone!

Green Tea speeds up weight loss ??
To be honest, a week or so ago I started to drink more green tea and I noticed that my weight loss was jump started with me losing almost 4 lbs. Seriously! I kept up with my protein meals and started to do some interval training on the weight machines, but other than the green tea this is the only other thing that I too have added to my meal plan. Interesting. How much extra weight did you lose? And, yes, I noticed before I started to take the green tea my weight was SLOWLY coming off. Sometimes it stayed the same on the scale for days which was very frustrating to say the least. Just my thoughts on your post! Smile

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
I plan to start back on the 30DS on Monday, September 23. I've done it before, but I did not follow through with the entire four weeks. So, I really need to get back on track. I do like that each level is only about 20 mins long in length. I find myself getting bored after 30 mins with DVDs. I am trying to lose about 15 lbs. I think my biggest obstacle that I am facing is lack of energy. Have you found any type of energy boosters that work for you? Let me know!
