Weight Maintenance Strategies
Great topic! I have been maintaining my weight loss for a while now. I maintain by eating an average of 1800 calories a day and working out three days a week. I've been doing pretty well so far. For a while, I maintained without excersing, but I started turning into flab, so had to get back to the gym. I agree, losing the weight was far easier than trying to maintain. I have slacked off at times, like today...but for the most part I do alright. I don't know if I'll have to log my food for the rest of my life..I hope not..but I find that being able to see what i'm eating helps me a lot. Good luck to everyone Very Happy

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
I like to eat cottage cheese with bananas, canned peaches, or canned tropical/mixed fruit. I recently discovered that cottage cheese and BBQ potato chips is quite tasty..may not be as healthy, but it's good.

What can you guys recommend for the best Dancing workout?
@lindap13 - lol! I used to love doing Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies. I actually still have the tape but I haven't done it in years. Soo funny to see someone mention that. I may have to start it back up again..it was fun

ZUMBA
I recently started doing Zumba at my local YMCA. I'm not much of a dancer, but I enjoy it and my instructor is very interactive with the class. Makes working out fun for me.
