Oh yeah.... Ive got about 100 lb of fat too. Im ready to lose it. Any way I havent been on here in a looooooooooong time (about 399 days) Oh well right. Im back now and hopefully I can stick with it. With help from ya'll. By the way Im fragile and sensitive and all that crap... so please be nice to me. ;)

Help!!
I know how it is to need something fast. Here are some of my faves

1 Pepperoni slices with a small portion of cheese
2 Hard salami with a half tsp cream cheese in it x3
3 Hard boiled eggs
4 Cucumber slices with ranch (I slice these ahead of 5 time and put them in baggies)
6 Heavy cream with splenda and cocoa powder whipped (yummy)
7 Turkey wrapped in lettuce with mayo

Low Carb Breakfast Ideas???
Ive entered a recipe for Low carb sausage gravy over scrambled eggs. But it is taking forever for approval. It is so yummy, especially if you miss biscuits and gravy.
