Hello all! :-)
I have also been here a while. Did really well but kind of slipped up after a while. Going on our first cruise on 15th Feb round N.Z and over to Sydney Aust. Must get back on track cause I do not want to be too scared to put togs on and go in the pool!!!. must lose 5 kg

Hello! New user...question....
Oh no I have just gone on to that recomended site and it says I should be getting 1350cal per day. Fs had me on 2300. I liked that much more. No wonder my weight hadnt been going down much
