I live my life as a celiac so I'm on a gluten free diet and I do eat fairly healthy. I walk A LOT and I take a spin class once a week. My weakness? I LOVE my glass of wine or 2 in the evening and on the weekends to relax with. I've vowed until I lose 10lbs, I'm not touching a drop of alcohol of any sort. So I'm either never drinking again, or it's great incentive....once I reach my 10lbs goal, I'll reward myself with A drink, and continue on my journey until I reach my final 23lb goal...130lbs, here I come!
