I'm a nurse by profession and a beauty. Consultant part time. I always battle with my weight all my life. On May 1991, I decided to take my life in control. I went from 185 pounds to 120 by september 1992. What a change. Now with menopause joining my life, even if I tried to keep my weight of 125 pounds that I kept all those years, I haven't been able to. So,I decided. That nothing is going to stop me this time. I'm in my. Control. When. I started. I weighted 151.5if I remember. Correctly I'm down to 146.5.Just to say don't. Give up. We. Can all do it.

Very Happy today so far I did 20 min of abs toner, abs firmer and abs burner.Very Happy
