Skinny fat vs. muscular
Have you got a fitness ball?

They are great for building up your balance and exercising on because you have to use your core muscles to be able to stabilise yourself.

You can do things like dumb bell bench press, rows, curls, shoulder press on it and you will find that you cannot use as much weight.

I generally use the ball about twice a week when I do not go to the gym.

Muscle is nearly twice as heavy as fat. So do not go on how much you weigh, but on how to look.

I am around 105kg, but my body fat is around 10%

Muscle helps you to burn the fat so do not be afraid to put it on.

Most people will never build enough muscle to to enter a bodybuilding contest.

You can build enough to manage your fat levels though.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
You should realistically only weigh your self every few days to allow for your bodies natural fluctations in weight.
