Best bean?
Go beyond the salad bar, girl. They all taste so different. Chickpeas are nutty, blackeyed peas are earthy, limas are buttery, black beans make great mexican soup, favas, pintos, navy...I love BEANS! Yum. My least favorite though, is the lowly lentil, which as I recall, is higher in protein and lower in calories than most. But even they make good burgers. I have a recipe awaiting approval for 16 bean soup. In that recipe you get to try 16 of them.

started two weeks ago.
Hi, I seriously started raw two weeks ago. I've been a vegetarian for a long time. Now I have to get on track for my weight. Looking forward to meeting like minded folks.
