Here to be apart of this amazing community with members on the same journey! My goal is to be healthy, not skinny!
Reached my highest weight ever and a lightbulb went off. My goal is to get the weight down before I have a major medical incident.
Currently battling:
- PCOS
- Endometriosis
- Perimenopause
- Sinus Arrhythmia
- Pulmonary Hypertension
My food plan is to eat clean. Mostly fruits, vegetables, and meat. Carbs aren't bad. Fat isn't bad. Natural Sugar isn't bad. I do limit artificial sugar and dairy due to the inflammatory reactions my body has to them.
