I'm a 64 year old single grandmother raising two grandchildren, ages 7 and 12. Retired from outside employment and just concentrating on raising these kids. My primary motivation is to be as strong as possible and healthy as possible in order to be able to accomplish the above and feel good at the same time.
Stress eating is a big problem in my eating pattern so learning to slow down and relax is also a goal.

I'm very active and love camping, hiking, snow shoeing and we have started a new outdoor activity, geocaching.
