My name is Erin, I'm 26 years old,and I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I'm ready to be happy, healthy and comfortable in my own skin. I'm following the Atkin's Nutritional Approach, and I am in love with it so far, my ultimate goal is to get down to 155lbs. My biggest struggle so far is finding recipes that are tastey as well as low carb. I'm in the induction phase still and I'm getting bored with salad and meat lol. Looking for any buddies who will help keep me motivated and inspired

Coffee flavoring idea? Anyone?
I know that in Atkins, as well as many other WOL programs, you are advised to avoid caffeine. I just can't. I have limited myself, but i can't can't cut out my coffee. The trouble i'm having is what to put IN my coffee. Before, i thought nothing of adding those super sweetened flavored creamers to my coffee. Now, it's just not worth it for me, there are too many carbs, but just adding splenda and half and half is not enough, i need an added flavor. Any ideas?

Where is everyone from?
Looks as though I'm the only Montanan here. I live in Helena. Do 99% of my shopping at Walmart as that's where I work and sometimes get a discount on groceries, occasionally get meat and veggies from Safeway and very rarely from a Whole Foods store call "The Real Food Store"
