So I've been a member of Fatsecret for many years now. As I read back through my journal entries I seem to be on an endless cycle of gain, lose, repeat though every gain it's harder to lose as I age. I enjoy using Fatsecret though as it really helps me focus on what I'm eating and helps me see how much exercise I should be doing to do the calories in/calories out thing to hopefully, eventually, lose the weight to get to my goal weight and stay there!

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'd like to see 130 as I am 5'2" but I'd be happy getting to 140. Doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon though as I'm standing here going through a night sweat at 8AM! PS - I'll be 46 in May.
