Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" Program, anyone familiar with it?
Hi, dihoward started a Leslie Sansone Walking Fans group. I joined so now there's two of us, would love to have the rest of you join us so pop on over and join the group, we'll both be starting tomorrow. I didn't get my trial run in today so tomorrow I'll just jump right in and do what I can do, afterall some is better than none. I'll be sure to let everyone know how I did.

New to FS
Hey everyone,
My name is Vivian and I joined a couple of days ago. I am 52 and really ready to get this weight off once and for all. I haven't really been trying very hard, starting and stopping is what I have been doing. But NO MORE EXCUSES!!! It's time to get my eating on track and get my RUMP up off the couch. I picked up the new atkins book Friday as well as a new Leslie Sansone walking DVD. I have read the book and have watched the video(will do a test run tomorrow) so grocery shopping is scheduled for tomorrow to get everything I need for Monday, my official start date. I would appreciate any and all the support and encouragement I can get and will offer the same to you as well.

Well I'm not 51 but I am 52, new to this site and have finally decided to get back on track and take off this 30 lbs. I seem to be struggling with. You know I also noticed I am having a hard time getting the scale to do down. With that being said, Monday is the official start of my mission..Atkins Phase 1 and working out Leslie Sansone's Walk Off Evem More Weight.
I have requested you as a buddy as well, we can do this.

Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" Program, anyone familiar with it?
I LOVE Leslie Sansone and have several of her workouts although I haven't been doing any of them in forever. I just purchased Walk Off Even More Weight, which comes with a 2 lb belt and will be starting that along with the Induction Phase of Atkins on Monday. The workout has a total of 4 miles (2 of them are 15 min miles and the other 2 are 12 min miles).I haven't decided when I'll start wearing the belt since it's been such a long time since I worked out but I'll see how it goes. I'm doing a practice run tomorrow. This is a good question because I was wondering how to track it here as well. Maybe I'll just get me a pedometer tomorrow that tracks calories burned and try that.
