I am so frustrated! I worked out every day somedays 2 hours, and watched what I ate very carefully and I gained weight. I think after 40 years of dieting my metabolism is out of wack. This week I am going to try to eat breakfast every day and try to get in more snacks. Hoping for a better week.

Hurt my knee yesterday, having trouble exercising. I can work on the gazelle, so I have been trying to spend more time on it.
