I'm over my carb and sugar binging. Last couple days I've been really good. Dylan's post about how great ketosis feels reminded me that I don't want to settle for immediate reward. Nothing tastes as good as butter and carbs, no matter what that silly Kate Moss said- but nothing feels better than having a good routine and a solid diet.

26", 31". Not bad considering how much I've been eating. Must be the heat that makes me ill if I eat too much- but I've recommitted to eating less sugar/ white carbs. We'll see if that helps.

I know exactly why I've plateaued. I eat like crap and have way too much sugar and starch in my diet, and my job is less active. Time to step it up a notch, I think.
