Looking for vegetarian diet buddy
well I am not 50 (39almost) but I have been a vegetarian my whole life... I was always thin and fit until 2008 when my sock got caught on a nail protruding from a top step and i fell down a flight of stairs - due to restrictions on excercise and then several other things (I lost my dog and 2 cats to cancer in only 2 mths) I lost my way ate WAY too much bread and gained a bit -- I am on my last 8 lbs to go now - I am an avid runner, a vegetarian (the only dairy I eat is yogurt b/c i need the calcium) - happy to be a buddy
I am almost 39, 5'4" presently at 121 lbs with 8 left to lose
