I am a 26yr old mother to 3. I quit smoking this new year and gained 40lbs by June. So i started counting my calories, running on my elliptical, drinking at least 2L of water a day , tryed to not eat carbs and quit munching in the evenings. I have lost 20lbs b4 starting this site, but still have at least 40 to go just to be at a healthy weight. I got engaged in May and plan to get married next july. Really hoping to be looking good by then!

Hello im new to this site. I am 26 and have about 40-50 more pounds that i wanna lose. was 20 pounds heavier then now but started counting my calories, dropped the carbs, running on my elliptical, drinking at least 2L water, and quit munching in the evenings. i quit smoking this new year and packed on bout 40lbs by june.
