Starting all over
After squeezing into a pair of pants yesterday that fit me relatively well a couple weeks ago and averting my attention every time a mirror was around, I got on my scale this morning. I had to face it. I had to face how bad it really is. And it's BAD. I feel horrible about myself - I'm all the way back up to 242 pounds. Sad

How, how, how could I let myself do this? I don't want my husband to touch me. I cry when I try on clothes.

I'm going to start making some changes today. I'm going to start journaling again. That has, hands down, always worked for me in the past. So it starts with that. I am also going to start walking at least five days a week. Shouldn't be a problem this week - I already took one short walk today and my family is taking a trip to the Smoky Mountains where I've got four hikes planned out. I planned relatively easy hikes, as my four and five year old will be with, but sadly, I'll probably be the one that is holding everyone up.

I feel so disgusting and seeing that number on the scale has got me determined to change my ways. I've done it before. I'll do it again. I just wish I hadn't waited so long.
