Always been quite slim but lately have really shot up in weight - put on half a stone in the last three months. As I'm also quite short, this has really showed and meant that my clothes don't fit and I don't really look like myself. Trying to shift those five kilos back off through calorie counting and upping my exercise. So far it's working quite well but life does tend to get in the way, so I need to make sure I stay focussed, and keep my health my priority.
