Today I start to monitor my weight to see if I can regain a healthy weight, feel healthier and be more energetic. I want to accomplish this so that I can be a better partner, parent, friend and employee. Two habits that I am trying to break are drinking alchohol every night and drinking diet drinks during the day. I can accomplish this by remembering the "wave" technique, using other coping skills, and monitoring myself. You can do it, Shawn!

yea! Keep it up! Your doing great making new habits and feeling healthier and more filled with energy for R and L. And last night 1 hour running! Let's find a 1/2.
