I got a little sidelined....sort of. I found out I'm pregnant. I'm really excited, but also a little nervous. This is my 3rd kid, but the first time I've been overweight and pregnant. I'm taking prenatal vitamins and watching what I eat. I have morning sickness, so I haven't been able to stomach a whole lot. I was reading articles about being overweight and pregnant and wow some are like "it's to risky to have a baby when your obese. You're going to get gestational diabetes your baby is going to weigh 11 lbs and you'll have to have a c-section." Other articles are more like "those risks are certainly real, but if you eat healthy and exercise lightly you'll be ok."

I'm back to the gym this week, and I'm sore, but it feels good! I'm happy to be back to some kind of routine with my weight loss. Everything got so out of control so fast for me. It started with taking time off the gym, and eating food I shouldn't. I made these promises of "I'll start up again tomorrow", or "I'll just make sure I don't let myself get past this weight"...ya right! Before I knew it I was back to where I started, plus some. I know I don't want to go through that again, so I'm here to make some permanent changes. :)
