I started my my first year in Uni vowing to change my diet and exercise regime. Anyway after years of gaining weight I decided a change was needed. I started at about 92kg in October 2009 and by May 2010 was 75kg. I have dropped to below 70 now. Using this site I hope to go back to a goal weight of 75kg. I thought losing the weight was hard but trying to put it back on now is proving quite difficult!
Update... needed.... I am at about 73.5kg now and doing pretty well. Toning up is my final and long-term goal....
