I have been fighting my belly fat problem for 3 years now.I have changed my eating habits and started to eat better food chooses,and have been going to the gym 4 times aweek. and I still can't get reid of the fat in my belly.

So far everything is going good hopefuly i can lose the pounds off my waist,that is my problem area I just can't get rid of it.Sad
