I am a single Mother/grandmother. I am a army retired veteran. I work at the veteran hospital as an inventory manager. Almost 2 years, I started a journey to change my life style by eating more healthier and lose weight. I did lose 50lb in 6 months by eating high protein and little to zero carbs. But since then, I plateau. I exercise 5 days a week and ate healthy, I eliminated red meat and lesson my meat intake, but I would stay the same weight, hopefully I am more successful using RCMC program.
