Warmish weather is here, I cant bend to weed but watering the patio plants is getting me a bit more walking in. I am starting to collect "warm weather keto recipies" A hunk of meat in the summer just does not sound as good. The hunger is less but the danger abounds, Icecream, cold drinks, and saturday market. I will budget in some suger free syrups. Lot of fruit flavors for home made snow cones.

Ya for me! I was able to make cookies with out having one. Or licking the beater or the bowl or my fingers! My adult son has been left pritty much on his own with the cooking. My abstaining power is not so great . I did not trust my self around not so good for me foods. (Major kudos for thouse who cook for outhers and still stay on there diets!) For me the keto fudge is a major diet saver. Simple cream cheese, stuva and coco powder and butter. A treat I can have in moderation... Merry life all:)

A bit more calories than I would like. But this is my Easter dinner. It will be interesting to see if the salt level in the keto cracker recipe will lead to water retention. This recipe is not a keeper. The search for crunch goes on. Happy Easter.... Spring celebration all.
