Hi, I'm Sarah. I am 30 yrs old and married. We have 2 gorgeous little boys, one is 7 and one is 3. I work and I am active in my families lives.
I have had a problem with my weight for as long as I can remember.I have tried every diet there is. I was smaller in high school because I obsessed with my weight. I worked out over 2 hours a day. I would stop at a gas station on the way to school and get a diet pop and crunch n munch and that would be what I ate for the day. That same life style followed me into college and the first portion of my marriage. Then came pregnancy and I had to eat. Of course I didn't eat healthy. So now 2 kids and 7 yrs later I am 70 lbs heavier.
I know I have several poor lifestyle habits. I decided to work on each one individually and believe it or not unhealthy eating is one of the easiest task I have to tackle. I hope by starting with fat secrets and becoming more structured in my eating habits and exercise routines... It will help me to become more structured in other areas in my life as well.
